She was featured on Sports Illustrated's cover in 1955. She was later a scuba instructor, and she began to photograph under water.

Greg Louganis, a famous diver, has a unique background in both acting and sports. As a child, he was a gymnast and then became a diver at the age of nine. He decided to pursue an acting career after he graduated from the University of California at Irvine. He started acting lessons, and he began appearing in commercials and plays.
