Different types of freediving courses

If you want to learn how to freedive, you can take a freediving course. You can choose from a variety of courses, so whether you are an expert or amateur, a freediving class could be right for you. There are several different types of freedive courses available, including the PADI Advanced Freediver course, NAUI basic course, SSI basic course, and Molchanovs freediving course.

PADI Advanced Freediver course

PADI Advanced Freediver is a great way for you to improve your freediving skills. The course will help you learn how to breathe properly for longer dives and how to perform in apnea. This course will teach you how to rescue a freediver if necessary.

Once you have successfully completed the PADI Advanced Freediver course, you will be eligible to take the Instructor course. This is the next stage in your freediving career. This course will help you master both a static and dynamic breath hold. You will also learn no-fins dive, managing a buoy, rope and mouth fill. You may also get to assist the instructor.

NAUI Basic Freediver course

The NAUI Basic Freediver Course is designed for people who want to learn to freedive and improve their freediving skills. The course is four hours long and includes classroom discussion as well as pool time. This course will help you learn the fundamentals and physiology behind freediving. You will also learn proper breathing techniques and equalization to deep dive. You must be at minimum 12 years old, and have sufficient swimming skills.


Before you enroll in a more advanced course, it is important that you have at minimum a bit of experience freediving. This course will help you learn the basics and prepare for advanced training. Once you've completed the course, you can go on to become a PADI Freediver. You will also be able to freedive with a buddy in a pool or ocean.

Course SSI Basic Freediver

The SSI Freediver Basic Course will teach you the fundamental skills needed to dive in the ocean. It combines classroom training and water practice. This program includes one open water session and two pool sessions. The course ends with the SSI Basic Freediver Certification.

The SSI Basic Freediver course will train you to swim 400 meters, dive 50 meters in CWT, freedive 20 meters, perform a simulated blackout, and swim to the surface. You will also learn the skills and knowledge required to dive to 40m or deeper. SSI offers certification programs that are recognized throughout the world. This means you'll be able to dive in any ocean. SSI Basic Freediver courses are also an excellent way to get wet and see whether you enjoy freediving or not.

Freediving Course by Molchanovs

The Molchanovs freediving course will take you from beginner to competitive freediver. You can choose from four levels of open-water courses or a Lap course to learn how to freedive in the pool. After you have completed the Lap course, you will be able move on to the Wave class, which will teach open water freediving.

Molchanovs offers an extensive freediving system, which was created by the top freedivers of the world. It also offers online training and physical instruction. It helps you learn to freedive the correct way, right away. The instructors are the best in the field and have a passion to share their knowledge with others. Online training is available even after the course has ended.
