Planning a Dive Trip

When planning a dive trip, it's important to choose an operator that suits your needs. Ask for information about the group size and whether a diving guide is available. If you have any special needs, you can request a private guide. Some operators will split the groups based upon their expertise. Make sure you tell the operator beforehand if there are any particular requirements. Operators often will segregate groups based on their type to ensure that the divers with the most advanced skills and experience are paired with those who are less experienced.

Guidelines for tipping

You should tip a dive shop if they provide excellent service. However, do not tip for bad service. It only encourages them to continue giving you mediocre service. Discuss tipping guidelines with the dive shop owners. Below are some general guidelines on how to tip staff members of dive shops. Find out how to tip the local dive shop staff. Liveaboards

If you're looking for a unique experience, consider liveaboards for dive trips. Many liveaboards are led by world-class divers. This will allow you to dive in remote areas before others. It will be possible to observe a variety of marine species. A liveaboard dive is a great way of exploring new underwater areas. Also, liveaboards include gear rental so that you don’t have to worry if you forget your equipment.

Diving safaris

Dive safaris are for the more adventurous. Instead of trying to complete each dive in a hurry, you can make up to four trips per day. All meals are included in your safari price, so you don't have to worry about eating out every day. On top of that, there is no need to set up diving equipment every day - you only need to set it up once on arrival, and again when you are done.

Day trips

Day trips to Bali are a great option for anyone who loves diving, but doesn't have the time or desire to take on long trips. The Gilis can be described as small islands in Bahasa. The Gilis of Bali are great for beginners and Padang Bai is great for advanced divers. These days trips feature spectacular macro diving, shark caves, and turtles. Beginners can also go for a more relaxed dive on the beautiful Padang Bai reef.

Red Sea Scuba Diving

Red Sea diving offers divers the chance to witness one of the world's most iconic wrecks and have a close encounter. While many diving locations are well-known, there are some that are not as well-known. Divers can tour a WWII submarine while exploring the Jolanda wreck. The wreck is part of the ocean's floor and heavily encrusted. The wreck is accessible to divers of all levels. To see more spectacular dive sites, you can rent a liveaboard to dive before the day trip boat arrives.
