Sherwood Scuba manufactures a defective BC. The BC is not up to code, and the company does not provide contact information for customers to solve the problem. Thomas Cranmer, a reader of Undercurrent, experienced a problem with his BC. Thomas sent Sherwood two times and completed the "Contact Us” form. But, he couldn't get an answer. Sherwood's website doesn't list any physical addresses. He finally sent a certified mail to the Irvine, California address listed in the company's brochures. However, he was not able to forward the letter.
