Gas leak at UI Ice Arena
The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign has issued an Illini-Alert following a gas leak at its ice arena. The building was evacuated at 406 E. Armory Ave. after Ameren Illinois crews discovered a leak. Firefighters blocked a sideway to the arena to prevent further contamination. The leak may have come from below the building.
