Advanced Open Water Diver Courses

If you are ready to improve your diving skills, then you should take the Advanced Open Water Diver course. This course will improve buoyancy, navigation, deep diving, and other skills. It also offers three specialty diving options. You'll earn credit toward specialty certifications when you complete the course.

Adventure dives

It is essential to take adventure dives in order to be a certified scuba diver. They can improve your buoyancy and awareness as well your communication skills. Normally, you must complete 5 adventure dives before you can be certified. Your instructor will help improve your breathing and kick techniques as well teach you how you can plan your dives.

Adventure dives are the first dives in each specialty course, and they count towards the specialty you are working towards. By doing this, you can choose dives which will prove useful for the future. PADI recommends divers with multiple objectives. These could include deep exploration, wildlife research, or exploring wrecks.

Night dive

Students learn different techniques to make it safer underwater in an Advanced Open Water Diver course. They also learn how to properly breathe and how to manage their body position and weight. They learn to communicate with their buddy and use diving lights. They will have a lot of fun playing in shallow waters and practicing their skills.

Night diving is a great way to discover a new underwater world. It's a totally different experience than diving during daytime, and night dives offer more excitement than daytime. Night diving can be scary but it is not as difficult as one might think. You will learn the proper techniques and overcome any difficulties associated with night diving.

Underwater naturalist dive

PADI Underwater Naturalist Course aims to equip students with the skills and knowledge to interact with aquatic ecosystems. Students learn about basic organism groupings and identification, how these species live in different habitats and how to practice environmentally-friendly diving. Students also learn about marine conservation and biodiversity.

PADI Underwater Naturalists is for divers who are certified as PADI Open Divers and want to dive deeper into the ocean. The course also teaches students about coral reefs, marine organisms, food chains, and the relationships between these different types of organisms. The course is one-day long and includes two open water dives.

Peak performance buoyancy dive

One of the most important skills to learn when diving is how to stay buoyant. Being buoyant is essential as falling into the water can result in decompression illness. Poor buoyancy control can increase your risk of injury from marine life or sharp rocks. PADI Peak Performance buoyancy specialty helps divers to develop proper buoyancy control.

PADI Peak Performance Bulkyancy Specialty is an intensive one-week class. It includes classroom and pool sessions along with two optional open water diving. The course teaches students to control buoyancy and aids them in moving through the water with ease. This PPB program aims to make diving more fun, easier, and more efficient.

Maximum depth is 30m/100ft

PADI Advanced Open Water is a course that teaches you how to dive up to 100 feet. This is dangerous because you could get nitrogen narcosis or impaired cognitive function. In addition, mistakes at this depth can be disastrous. You should not dive any deeper than this depth without training.

The Advanced Open Water course is usually completed within a 1.5 to two-day period. The instructor will decide the course's duration. The course can be taken online or at a local beach. Instructor training is necessary before the course can be taken.
