First, you need to make a reservation. To do this, visit the RSO Office, located in Room 284 of the Illini Union. When reserving ice time, remember that you'll need to supply a list of participants. Additionally, you will need to arrange to have a supervisor present at the rink for any questions that you might have during the rental period.

The University of Illinois Ice Arena Center Ice Cafe is now open to the general public. The cafe is situated adjacent to Customer Service Office. The Ice Arena Pro Shop stocks a variety of skating and hockey accessories.
Free skate trainers
The University of Illinois Ice Arena (UIUC) is a rink located in Champaign, Illinois. It is owned by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Gas leak at UI Ice Arena
The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign has issued an Illini-Alert following a gas leak at its ice arena. After Ameren Illinois crews and firefighters discovered a gas leak, the building at 406 E. Armory Ave. was evacuated. To prevent contamination, firefighters blocked the sideway leading to the arena. The leak may have come from below the building.
