Sherwood Scuba has a problem with its BC. It's not up to standard and doesn’t give customers the information they need to resolve the matter. Thomas Cranmer, an Undercurrent reader had a problem in his BC. He sent Sherwood two emails and completed its "Contact Us” form. However, he was unable to receive an answer. In addition, there is no physical address listed on Sherwood's website. He sent a signed letter to the Irvine address in California. However, the letter was not forwarded.
